Why is Your airline on waiving the ticket change fee for reservations made as of March 6 and not for those reservations made earlier for travel through April and May? January 14th Flight El124 Chicago to Dublin canceled after 3 hour delay due to inclement weather. I called the Aer Lingus Airlines Headquarters @ 3am Thursday January 15th after finally getting settled from the airport. The rebooking offered was for January 16th @ 8:20pm. My husband and I we’re only scheduled for a week’s visit and we decided to go home check our schedule and rebook. The Aer Lingus agent said we would receive a refund within the next 28 days. I received an email from Aer Lingus Airlines Corporate Office Email saying we will not receive a refund and apologized for the incorrect information from the agent. I explained to him we were planning on a refund to cover the cost of the flight we rebooked. He offered an e-voucher. I asked how much was the e-voucher and if it could be used for the flight I rebooked. He replied informing me the e-voucher was for $150 per person. This is only a partial reimbursement. This is not expected from Aer Lingus. I would like an answer.
